How we work, step by step
- Locating the inspection chambersWe find and open the covers of the septic tank, inspection chambers or grease trap and check their condition.
- Safety in confined spacesSeptic tanks and inspection chambers are confined spaces: before starting work we measure gas levels and work with trained staff and rescue equipment.
- SuctionWith the vacuum tanker we suck up sewage and sludge into a sealed tank, with no smells and no mess.
- High-pressure jettingWith the jetting truck we unblock and flush pipes, soil stacks and sewer mains.
- CCTV drain surveyUsing a camera, robotic if needed, we inspect the inside of the pipes and give you a report with photos or video, useful for leaks, roots and breaks.
- Sludge deliveryWe take the sewage to a treatment plant or an authorised facility, with a waste transfer form (FIR).
The laws to comply with
- Legislative Decree 152/2006 (Italian Environmental Code), Part III

- Legislative Decree 152/2006 (Italian Environmental Code), art. 230(5)
- Waste produced by cleaning sewer networks, including septic tanks, is deemed to be produced by whoever carries out the cleaning: we handle the paperwork and disposal.
- Interministerial Resolution of 4 February 1977
- Imhoff and septic tanks: they must be emptied regularly, as a rule at least once a year.
- Legislative Decree 81/2008 and Presidential Decree (D.P.R.) 177/2011

FAQ
How often should the septic tank be emptied?
Usually once a year, but it depends on how many people use it and on your town council's regulations. We can schedule the job for you every year.
What is a CCTV drain survey?
A camera goes into the pipe and shows where it is broken or blocked. That way work is done only where needed, without digging at random.
Does relining avoid breaking up floors?
Yes: the pipe is rehabilitated from the inside with a resin liner. We carry out a CCTV survey before and after to check the result.
