How we work, step by step
- Site inspection and choice of skipWe assess the quantity and type of material and the space available, and choose the right skip (from 5 to 30 m³, open or with a lid).
- Waste classificationWe assign the correct EWC waste code (EER). If the waste may be hazardous or exceeds the facility's thresholds, we carry out a characterisation analysis.
- PermitsIf the skip goes on the road or on public land, we help you with the town council's occupation permit.
- Delivery and collectionWe deliver the skip on the agreed day and collect it when it is full, without exceeding the vehicle's permitted load.
- Transport with waste transfer formEvery trip leaves with the waste transfer form (FIR), digital via RENTRI where required.
- Delivery and fourth copyWe take the waste to an authorised facility for recovery or disposal. We give you the copy of the FIR with the weight verified at destination, which ends your liability.
The laws to comply with
- Legislative Decree 152/2006 (Italian Environmental Code), Part IV
- Italian Environmental Code: the producer remains responsible for the waste until it is handed over to an authorised carrier and facility (art. 188), and it must be tracked with the waste transfer form (art. 193).
- Ministerial Decree (D.M.) no. 59 of 4 April 2023 – RENTRI
- National electronic register for waste traceability: registration in phases, waste register (loading and unloading) and digital waste transfer form.
- Albo Gestori Ambientali – Ministerial Decree (D.M.) 120/2014
- Anyone who collects and transports waste must be registered with the Albo in the right categories. Our registration number is MI03807.
- European List of Waste – Dec. 2000/532/EC and Reg. (EU) 1357/2014
- Rules for assigning the EWC code (EER) and establishing whether waste is hazardous.
- Legislative Decree 36/2003
- Landfills: criteria for accepting waste and analyses required before delivery.
- Highway Code (Codice della Strada), art. 20
- A skip placed on public land needs an occupation permit issued by the town council.

FAQ
Do I need a permit to put the skip on the road?
Yes: if the skip occupies public land you need the town council's authorisation. We tell you what to apply for and which skip dimensions to state.
How long can I keep the skip?
You can hire by the day or by the month. When it is full, call us and we replace it or collect it.
What is RENTRI?
It is the new national electronic waste register. We are registered and handle the digital waste transfer form: you receive the documents ready to go.
