Who it's for
How we work, step by step
- InspectionWe look for signs, burrows and runs in rooms, cellars, courtyards, sewers and along the perimeter.
- ProofingWe seal the holes, grilles and gaps rodents get in through: it is the longest-lasting way to keep them out.
- Safety stationsWe install locked, fixed and numbered bait stations, and mechanical traps where baits are not suitable, such as food preparation areas.
- Floor planWe mark every station on a floor plan, which you need for your HACCP plan and for local health authority (ASL) inspections.
- Regular checksWe check bait consumption, replace baits and remove carcasses. We do not keep active baits out all year unless needed.
- ReportAfter every check you receive a report of what we found and did.

FAQ
How often are checks carried out?
It depends on the risk: for an apartment building a few visits a year are usually enough; for a food business checks are more frequent. We agree this in the contract.
